I has one built into my laptop ^.^ I use it to take pictures really, I'm thinking about using stickam and stuffs.

I use my webcam with my girlfriend all the time (long-distance relationship) for daily talking and hanging out. It's definitely been used for some less-than innocent stuff. It can be fun to play around ;)
