8/6/08 - I receive an email wanting confirmation for living on campus.
8/6/08 - I immediately send a confirmation email, telling them that I plan to live on-campus.
8/11/08 - Housing assignment is canceled. (I would've called them immediately, but I wasn't home.)
8/15/08 - I find out about the cancellation and am outraged, but I had to hold it in until office hours on Monday morning.
8/18/08 - Reslife filled my spot with someone else; I call them about the cancellation, and this lady says that I confirmed in the email that I was living in an apartment. I clearly said that 'I am going to live on campus'. Lady says that I have to email her for a reinstatement and prob can't get my old room back (which is in the newest, nicest dorm on campus. The rest are shit.) I am currently waiting for my reinstatement.
Move in day is this Thursday. I don't have the money to live in an apartment. I can't even find one in two days. If I can't live there, how can I go to school there? It's a bit too far. This is so fucked up. I'll have to wait until spring to attend school. This is so retarded.....
