i am 5'7" i weigh 200-215 lbs...i know it is fat, what can i do to lose 50-65 lbs FAST

eat better but dont starve urslf eat small portions is prbz the best way to put it and start going to the gym but the most important thing is to b commited to it and stick it out to the end

I lost 12 pounds only eating like 2 bowls of Kashi cereal a day. And i ran a mile then walked like 3 miles a day. If that helps any. It was about a month tho. : )

eat five or six really small meals throughout the day. and don't drink things that aren't water or diet, even the light frappucinos at starbucks are a couple hundred calories of pure sugar. and cardio's the quickest way to burn fat, so running, kickboxing or dance are options.

Eat lots of healthy food and work out. You would eb suprised how much you lose when you cut out junk food/drinks

+ Stop eating junk foods and greasy or sweet foods.
+ Switch from soda to water.
+ Instead of sitting the whole day in front of your computer, do some walking.

But the most effective way is to go vegan.
You can never go wrong (or fat) with eating vegetables.
