I think that post pretty much sums up exactly what you've been saying this entire topic, actually.
From a PM from me to you: "You are here to moderate LiveWire according to the guidelines. One of those written guidelines prohibits excessive vulgar and profane language. Your opinion does not change the fact that profanity without context removes any 'redeeming value' that might be otherwise attributed to it. Your opinion is of no consequence."

You still haven't justified how a string of (any) vulgar or profane words with no other context isn't excessive.

I wish so much you would've told me you didn't know what subjective meant when we first started.  You could've saved SO many people so much time trying to point out to you why your argument fails so amazingly hard.

Subjective: Modified or affected by personal views, experience, or background.

Now I'm sure you understand.  That was easy enough! :)

So it's your bias that prevents you from being a competent moderator? Well, why didn't you say so earlier. It really would have saved so much time.

That's pretty much what subjective means, yes.  The rule is subjective.  Therefore I am FORCED to define "excessive" and "vulgar" in my own terms.  See the fallacy in your long and pointless argument now?

Well, since you seem unable to justify your view other than 'subjective' reasoning, tell me... why are some of these words that YOU have no problem with, forbidden in signatures or the 'customizable' rank? Even a single instance is not allowed. Why is that?

I've never heard of such a ruling.  In 255 days of moderating, I've never seen an issue brought up with this.

Good answer. Or non-answer, I should say.

With you... I don't even try. You can't answer even a simple question. I didn't ask about 'issues'. I asked 'why'. You seem to avoid any straight forward responses.

To my knowledge, and to the moderator I checked with knowledge, there is currently no rule that doesn't allow "fuck" in custom titles or signatures.

That's what you was supposed to be able to read, but with someone who didn't know the definition of subjective, I should've knownnnnnnnn.
