I think we are all depressed at some point and I think we always will. It seems like it's just natural. We're depressed one day and happy the next day. It's a normal cycle I guess. It will eventually go away though. It always does. It never stays forever, just like happiness. Sometimes that happens to me too. You feel like you don't care about anything at all, I've felt that way. You feel like there will never be a solution to your problems, and you become incredibly pessimistic about everything, but what you don't realize is that everything will be all right in the end because that's how it always goes whether you want it or not.

If you can't cry then I guess you shouldn't, It's supposed to come naturally I think. Unless you force yourself to do it, which wouldn't be that great. If you can cry then just cry, it's a way to let go of your feelings to release everything you have, just a way to let it all go. So don't evade crying if you really feel like crying.

Like I said everything will be all right in the end. Don't worry you'll get through whatever you're going through. Just wait and do everything you can to solve your problems, if you can do nothing about them then don't worry about them either. Everything will be alright in the end.
