I can't sleep, i need sleep for two important reasons
1) because i need a good amount of sleep or i will be sick and sore for the day
2) I'm doing things that are important tomorrow so i need to be up at a reasonable time so, how can i get too sleep, i have tried to just lay in bed but i just start thinking and get distracted by my thoughts and don not actually fall asleep at all
