I hate being the stupid typical girl who feels fat. But I think I am. And I don't know how to see my body in a better light. I'm 5' 3" and I weigh 98.6 pounds. Compared to a lot of the girls I see (especially my closest friends) I feel really fat. I have one friend who is 5' 8" and she weighs less than me! (92-95 pounds) I don't know if really should lose weight or not. And I don't know enough about healthy dieting to do anything other than a crash diet. So I am eating less and less, but I am not losing any weight. I don't know what to do. Every time I am in a skin tight shirt or in a swimsuit, I feel like I'm 500 pounds. And when I look down, I can really see it. Am I losing my mind? Help!?

You are perfectly healthy! if anything you are slightly underweight based on your height.

Your friend who is 5' 8" and only 95lbs is drastically underweight, which is not healthy.

If you can't turn your feelings about yourself around on your own and find yourself continuing to eat less, you need to get help. Anorexia is no joke.

Your friend is pretty underweight. I am 5'9'' and am 130lbs and don't have boobs. I am quite skinny with very little if any fat on me.

 My sister weighs about that much, and she is, only nine years old. And 4' somethin.  

Me im 4' something and am 14 years old. And weigh about 100 pounds.
