Just keep doing sit-ups till you can't do anymore. I usually fall asleep about 1-2 minutes after that.

I have a terrible time falling asleep. Sometimes I have to lie awake for hours. It sucks so bad. Sleeping pills do help, but I wouldn't recomend your taking them because
1. Many are highly addictive
2. You are young and this increases, the side effects the medication might have on you.

i dont know any way to get to sleep faster. i cant sleep for more then 3 hours been that way my whole life. if i take something to sleep, or magically sleep for a longer time, I have a CRUSHING headache in the morning. its terrible
