I have been going crazy.. Getting mad to the point where i want to punch someone in the face... Ive started cutting. I want to take some klonopin which i use to be addicted to... I just cant do it anymore i want to wreck myself.. I want to physically hurt myself in so many ways..

cutting isn't a good habit to pick up. i started three years ago and i still can't stop. there are more efficient ways to deal with problems.
cutting becomes like the mafia - once you're in, you're in. its hell trying to get out.

that happens to me a lot too. dont cut yourself tho. thats permanent. iv actually hit myself (on my legs) until i had huge welts. if your going to hurt yourself dont do any permanent damage. if you ever want to talk, im here.

ive been through many therapists, hospitals, group homes and medications.

I feel like that sometimes. I feel like I want to punch someone on the face sometimes, but of course I don't go around hitting random people I see. And I don't harm myself either because it never helps solve your problems. Just because you may cut or hurt yourself it isn't going to solve your problems in any way. You're just getting more and more problems and more pain  and you have to stop it before it gets worse. You have to stop it now. You can't keep on cutting, you can't keep on harming yourself, because your body is something holy,something special. It's not something you're supposed to harm. It's not something to play with. You should take good care of your body and don't cut, or harm your self in anyway. Isn't it enough with all the problems you already have? Do you really need to get more problems. Of course you don't. So stop harming yourself because it doesn't help, it never will. Try to take out your anger in other ways where you don't have to harm yourself or those around you and face reality the way it is without cutting or harming yourself. confront your problems, because what will come will come and we'll meet it when it does. It's our destiny and we must face it the way it comes. You have the power within your soul to solve any problems you have. It is within your power to confront reality and be happy. We all have that power we just don't know how to use it. STOP CUTTING!!!!!!!You can do better than that. You can actually try and solve your problems instead of making more and you should try to take out your anger on other things. Maybe you could practice a sport or something to take out your anger and use all your energy so that you won't want to harm yourself. Or you could try saying how you feel. It doesn't matte if you yell. Yell at the wall because it can't feel and it won't care. Express your anger in different ways, but do not use your body as a victim because it has done nothing to deserve harm.
