have you ever been so miserable about something one day, and then you pretty much cry the whole day and can't think about anything else besides what is going on in your life that is so horrible, that the next day you are so exhausted from crying and being so upset that you can't cry or think about it the next day?
because i think that is what is happening to me right now.......

I don't know what it is that made you upset, but most likely it will pass. Just keep your head up.
unfortunately... it's something that won't pass for almost six months, and that's if things get better which they may not... :(
