Yup! that's right! i lost about 6.5 pounds in a week..
Okay..it sounds like a lot, but I've been eating..
here's my secret--which it's pretty much commone sense--
..not a lot of sugary intake
..lots of water
..watch portion sizes
..don't eat unless your hungry
..eat slow
..and I've been excersing/lifting weights in a gym for an hour and a half per day, then walking/jogging 30-45 min around 7:00 at nite..

yay! only 20 more to go..lol
