are one of the best. when i fly i first like push my arms
down/back behind me kinda and  push my whole body
upwards and then i get this euphoric rush.
but sometimes, it's like i have no energy to fly anymore
and when i fly for a bit i then keep going lower and lower
to the ground but i can't get back up.

anyone else experience this?

are talking about the part when i said i have lose  energy? no, it's not falling. it's a light not constant thing when i keep going down

I only dreamed once that I was flying.  It was smooth flying though over Florida I think.

well...I've had falling dreams before but never flying
when I'm falling though it happens really really fast and it
feels so real even when I wake up
and I always wake up before I hit the ground
Someone told me if you hit the ground in one of the falling dreams it means you've died in your sleep and at first I believed it but then I thought...how in the world would they know they're not dead!!! Dreams are so puzzling!
