When someone goes to report a post it may have already been reported a few times by other people, so the person who is reporting it is wasting their time.

I always see posts with many reports on which people have taken time to find reasoning to report, when there already may be a report in on it.

So when someone reports a post, when they click report if there is already a report open on that post, come back with an error message saying there is already an open report on the post and it is being dealt with.

Seen this feature on a few other forums I visit and its quite handy.

Well, I think at the very least we can all rest content knowing that you didn't have any idea what bighead's intent was.

Also, omniscient is all-knowing.

Omnipotent is all-powerful.
