I just came home from a local gym where i saw someone i knew from school.  He mentioned football (Not soccer) and said i should go to practice tomorrow. Now I am a 17 year old senior that has never played a team sport before. I am about 6 feet tall and 225 pounds.  The way i figure it i don't have much to lose and i might as well try it.

You won't play though, and will be facing people who have been working their butts off for 10 years to get to this point.

If you can accept that, and want to suffer through two-a-days without being in football shape, then have fun.
