i'm the same i suffer from panic attacks all the time and i've tried to kill myself twice but i'm still afraid to go to the doctor cuz i don't want him to confirm it cuz there is nothing wrong in my life.. it's not like i went tru abuse or anything. in fact my parents are fantastic to me.. but i just feel upset most of the time and for no reason..

I'm bipolar and I know it's hard. I have a very low self esteem, too. Ask your dr about bipolar medicines. I'm on Abilify and Prozac, and it works for me
