I don't give a shit that my boyfriend masturbates. I know he does it, I've found loads of porn on his computer and seen all of the websites he's been on in his history (by accident). I understand this and I'm okay with it. After all, I do it, so why should I give a fuck that he does it?

Anyway, my point is that it was weird that he did it IN FRONT of me. As in, with me in the room. I was sleeping in bed, and he didn't think I'd notice, so he just had his fun. However, I woke up and was kind of traumatized by what I saw. He quick hid what he was doing, obviously embarrassed, and I just pretended I didn't notice.

Alrighty, back to the topic...well, like everybody has said, it's a bit odd.  I mean, you do it when he's not around and it would make sense or if a guy did when his girl was not around.  But if both are there TOGETHER, IN THE SAME ROOM! Then, why not just go for it together?

There can be many reasons for this, not sure about your case.  If a person did that with his/her partner in the room.  I wonder if the partner is boring in bed, they have to be begged to do it, they are not open minded, etc.  And therefore she/he has to take care of it on her/his own :( .  Or, if this was something that happened only once I wonder if he/she woke up horny and felt it would be rude to wake up the partner just to get off and considered instead going at it alone and go back to sleep.  It can be many reasons.

This was the case. I ended up talking to my boyfriend about it (very thoroughly), so I feel a little better about it. It was like 3 A.M. and I probably had to wake up around 8 or 9. He always stays up hours past me, because our schedules are practically opposite. He claims that he just "had to get rid of the boner." Ha...guys.

Sometimes even spreading it around school saying that I am gay, afraid of girls, etc.  But guess what, that still doesn't change my mind about my desicion.  It's a bit dumb because while they spread it around it just makes them look pretty bad because they didn't get the sex they wanted so they were sent back home with blue ovaries (something like blue balls for guys lol).  Oh well, that's life.
