Depends on your relationship with him.  If the relationship is new I could understand a girl being shocked and tell him exactly what you think about it.  If this is a new side of him that you are just seeing you should express yourself.  Some girls might not be offended at all and join in the fun with him but that is not apparently your situation.  He was taking a huge risk and being disrespectful and ballsy in my opinion.  

There are some things that are private and masturbation is one of them in my opinion.
