Don't do that! Your parents would be crushed if you ever killed yourself. Try not being so lethargic, and exercise! Exercising makes you feel good. Pessimism is not the answer to being happy. If you think negatively, then you will act negatively. Try being more optimistic if you want to be happier! Talk to a school counselor or an adult that you can trust. They really can help. That is how I got help, and it worked. School won't change much, but you can make it fun! Try making a new friend, or talking to a teacher. Something to make your day exciting! The key here is optimism. I used to be depressed, but it went away with time. I also have become more optimistic by following these steps, and I am positive that it will work for you. If you really are feeling depressed and suicidal, then you should really see a counselor or maybe talk to an adult about your problems. They always listen and will understand. This advice may not be much, but it will give you a head start of what you need to be happy. Just exercise and be optimistic. That is all there is to it! Rise to the occasion. Life flows on, just like a river; in a matter of weeks or months you won't be in the same situation as you are now and you'll have an according mentality. So, relatively, life is shit right now, sit it out and wait for the good times to roll in.
