he was all sweet and cuddly at first then a minute later he torn a piece of my skin off of my belly, then he was trying to take my arms off, and i was screaming. Why did I have a dream like that for?

Perhaps it could deal with an old friend coming back into your life who appears to be nice at first, but is quite horrible. I read years ago that seeing your belly in a dream relates to troubles in the family.
