I go to camp and I have to get up at like 7:30 and
lights off (even for counselors) at like 10:30. So I've
been trying to sleep all early and get up early but a
week ago my sleep schedule (or watev you wanna
call it) got really messed up and i cant wake up b4
12:00 and cant go to sleep till at least 1:00.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to start sleeping earlier at least like 2 hours earlier???

You have to do it gradually, or skip a night of sleep.

It takes me a night to get back on track. The other day I had to recover from the weekend and only got 2 hours of sleep. But that night I was ready for bed on time.

avoid caffeine about 6 hours before you want to sleep, get up an hour earlier every day and eventually you'll be able to sleep earlier.
