How bad is the pain in your elbow when you need tommy john surgery?  Is the pain constent or is it only after you use your elbow?  Because somedays if I throw alittle too much my elbow kills me, It takes a half tube of the icyhot stuff to kill the pain

it's a baseball thing.  The ligament in your throwing elbow tears and they take one from your wrist and replace it.  does it sound like I have a tear in my elbow
