It's not that hard. You pretty much just tell Erick that you're interested in the position, why you want to be the manager, give some ideas on improvements/new definitions/ideas, and maybe some background information such as how long you've been here, how many definitions you've added, etc.

I'm totes pleased with my application. I was joking a bit to start off with, but then as I got on and thought more about the position, I actually got excited

However, re-reading it I also think it would be an educational experience helping me to actually learn what words really mean and proper context.

It's a win-win situation.

However, the likelihood of it being me is extremely unlikely.
