And I feel so fucking fat.
I`m about to go run around or something but I feel like it doesn`t help unless I puke.
School is starting back in a month and I told myself I wanted to loose weight but no one in my family gets anything healthy when they go to the store.

2 bacon n egg rolls
2 packs of crisp
2 bars of choc
chips, chicken and onion rings
a pear!
and i really hankering for an ice-cream now lol

man. i know how you feel, kind of. make a list for them when they go to the store. just eat straight, baked chicken breast. breakfast lunch and dinner ;p you'll see results.

Just ask your parents to buy you healthy food.
It still really tempting though if theres like chocolate and chocolate in the house :/
Like my mom has to put weight on at the moment so theres aload of junk food in my house which i'm avoiding quite well atm if i do say so myself :)

Seriously just ask them to buy you healthy food and exercise alot. :)

I can't even eat 1 whole meal a day now which is a bit shit.

Yea thats the same problem I have. I promised myself I would loose a lot of weight b4 school started back, and I did. I just wish I had lost more.

How old are you? You don't have to answer, but if you have a job I think you should take some of that cash and buy some food for yourself. If you don't want your parents to see it or something just keep it in your room under your bed or something. Get 100 calorie packs and fruit or something. I hope you feel better and that you didn't purge. PB&J tastes weird coming up, and you can choke on hot dogs.<33
