how long till I see results from Sea Salt Soaks?

I have never used them before and I have 11 piercings but one of them has a lump on it and I saw it suggested for that

I just used normal salt for about a week, apparently you're not supposed to use it because it has anti-caking agents in it, didn't make a difference to me :S
