Lazy ass.  FF3 is supposed to be much faster than its predecessor.  Also, plugins will start to only be released for 3 so you may as well get it now.

Opera 9.50 was the first one to come out. I personally find it quite enjoyable.
Firefox 3.0 came out a while ago, and  I quite like the look of it. Added a skin/theme to it, and some extra features, but it isn't enough to move me over. I need a browser that can recover from a crash with no problem at all.
IE 8 is the next to come out. Lets see how that works out.
