Off the top of my head --

Most of my questions had to do with tampons. I always wondered when you know you're "ready" to use them, and the truth is, it's really up to you. Some people start their first period, some years after. If you dislike pads, try tampons. If it doesn't work for you, just switch back to pads and wait a little why until trying again.

Also -- there's the really common question of if you're still a virgin when you use tampons. The answer is, of course! You're still a virgin until you actual experience sexual intercourse. While it's true that a tampon can break your hymen a bit, that'll just make losing your virginity less painful.

Remember, you can't go swimming with pads, or get them wet at all.

With tampons, you can go swimming, go to the bathroom... just about everything.

One last thing that is commonly wondered is no, they can't get lost in your body -- and they also can't get stuck in there, either.

Hope this helped you out a little bit! This is just a few of the things I remember wondering when I started. Feel free to PM me if you need any more help. :)

You CAN get pregnant when you are on your period.
Sharks are NOT going to attack you when you go swimming.

The latter isn't entirely true. In an ocean, hammerhead sharks can smell blood in water aboutt 1300 feet away, and they attack on it. Thinking about it again, you'd have to release more than a tiny bit of blood but some girls do when wearing tampons. Although if you're swimming in a home pool or a body of fresh water, you're safe for obvious reasons.

Okay well I know sharks can smell blood from far distances away. But I was taught that the sharks aren't attracted to the smell of period blood. It could be false though, I've had so many incompetent teachers in my life.
