just because someones older doesnt mean they know better, or they have had more valuable life experiences. like i know that sometimes they have gone through the same stuff and have learned from it. but i go to a christian school and i know so many ignorant adults who have been so sheltered and try to force there opnions and advice on us when they have NO idea what they are talking about.

if you try and disagree with an adult, or say your opinion, even if you try and be really polite, they just say your being rude and wont let you talk. well thats mainly with teachers...

they just frustrate me so much. and i dont want to become like that.
in our society we arent brought up to try and change bad situations. we are brought up to adjust to them.

there are so many terrible terrible things that happen in the world and the only thing i want from my life is to try and make the world better.
i want to change things and make a difference.
i dont want to become numb and just ignore all the bad things and bottle them up inside.

adults think that they are being strong and doing they right thing by ignoring their feelings and hiding everything. but it just comes out in other ways and makes it worse for everyone.

anyway thats my rant.

its a reflex people have, you most likeyl think you know better than a 5 year old? 7 year old?
of course you do. we all know better than them.

they only reason adults are like this, is because they were brought up in a different generation.
times have changed since they were a teen, and they just view things differently to what people our age do and learnt different ways of dealing with things.
its more a part of their nature to keep things bottled up, because back then it peobably wasnt socially acceptable to just let problems out and feeling show, whereas today, it is more widely accepted.
thats what i think anyway :)

i agree with what your saying about being brought up differently.
i know it is natural to think that you know better than younger people, but is this just because we have been brought up with adults always saying we are wrong.
i dont think i know better than people who are 12 or 13. just because they are younger than me, it doesnt mean they know less. i know nothing about politics, so i wouldnt say that i know more than i 10 year old about that.
