my friends say its popular all over the world and theres a page on the internet where you put you position on the map if you play the game. firstly, does anyone here play it / know of it and where r u and secondly can u find ANY page like this on the internet for me , thx

Very simple, when you become aware of the games existence you lose.

So say you are walking around and you are thinking about panda bears. You are winning the game.

Then somebody with a T-Shirt that says "You lost the game" walks by, now you're not winning. In fact, you just lost and you have to start all over forgetting about it.

Thats the game.
