I have two things, first when I was 8 and put a carpet knife through my hand. And when I was 18( about 7 months ago) I wad driving on my bike and hit black ice, the bike turned over and grind-ed my ankle against the ground, causing a fracture, torn ligaments and muscles and meant I couldn't get a cast so had to walk on it for 6 painful weeks.

i got stabbed twice. and i kickbox. so i get hurt a lot, kindda hard to pick out a worst one... one pops to mind though. i got hit by a low blow right on the nut, at an angle which sent my nut out of my scrotum and under my skin till it was somewhere to the left of and above my cock. that was probably the second most painful. most painful was punching it back down lol
