I'm getting it soon, because I need unlimited calling...and I finally convinced my grandpa that I won't take his piece of shit broken nextel phone, so i'm getting the lg rumor....
can someone give me some reviews on it and what's this with some kind of glitch that it deleted firmware when calling Customer Support?
