The predominant language in the world is english, not spanish. You can go to almost any country and find people that speak english. Of course Obama isn't going to say " Your child has to speak spanish." In order for him to enforce his agenda, he has to be subtle. Liberals want America to be more like Europe instead of being proud of their country.
