i have been staying up all night (til like 6 AM) and then waking up at around 10?


this has been going on for awhile. I think i have insomnia. what do you guys think?

well i go sleep at like 7-8am and wake up at around about 3-4pm and insomnia is when you carnt sleep at all  maybe u just got a little energy you need to burn :)

Try getting off the computer, reading a book for 20 minutes, and lying in bed with all electronics off (phone/computer/tv) and the l ights off.  If you still stay up till 6 AM, then you have insomnia.

That sounds more like Delayed Sleep Phase Syndrome (DSPS) than insomnia.
When you try to go to sleep at 6, do you actually have any problem falling or staying asleep?
