in case nobody has realized, a virus could not turn you into a zombie. The most it could do is severely damage your frontal lobe, causing you to lose all of your modern human characteristics and basically reverting you back to a feral animal of the basest form. Not a zombie. Sorry to burst the bubble.
A bacterial infection, maaayyybbeee, but even then the bacteria itself doesn't change your makeup, it just makes harmful chemicals or takes up the space of "good" bacteria.
