I have only taken one of my piercings out, and that was the one in my cheek, and I didn't take it out because I regretted it. I took it out because I kept biting it with my teeth and didn't want it to chip my tooth. I only regretted having to take it out at all. I miss it a lot, actually.  
I didn't know that you had your cheek pierced, what else do you have? OP:Nope, but all I have is my lip pierced, had it for almost two years, and I still don't regret it. I want my septum, but I'm in no rush.

Well, when I got my nose pierced it interfered with my job search because it became a problem with potential employers but I don't regret it.
