There are some things you can do in this situation, you could, take your designs to a store, like nordstroms, or macies, and ask to speak to a supervisor, and they can mail your designs to a representative. You could also go to the bank and a real estate, purchase a name that would be yours, and a small building, in a semi-crowded area, and open up a shop, to sell your designs.

Then make up some shirts and go around to some small stores and sell 'em. If they sell from the stores then you know you have something people may actually want.
