I'm trying to get a domain site at the moment, because like Live Wire, I'm creating a teen forum site, but of a different sort. I have around 16 dollars in my pay
pal account, and I know I'm going to need more, but how would I go about getting the forums from an Invisionfree to a actual website.

I'm currently wanting the domain:

Well you'd need to contact the owner of teen-island.com and buy the domain name from them. Sixteen dollars likely won't be enough. Then you'll have to buy some hosting which'll probably be around ten bucks a month.

Not sure if you'll have to pay yearly to get the good price, but whatever it doesn't get cheaper than there.  Find an unused domain, too, it's hella cheaper.
