My parents think I eat too much

I've always thought I was fat even though the doctor said I wasn't overweight and that I was perfect. So anyways ever since summer began I've been eating at around 9am and then when I go to eat again at 2 my parents act as though I eat all the time and when I eat junk food they tell me I eat too much, I also exercise a lot which they don't notice(I walk 1h to the library and back, then I come home and walk the kids to the pool and back and then I pick em up, and later I go for a bike ride). Now even when I'm alone and haven't eaten for hours and go make myself something I'm hesistend because I'm afraid I already ate too much, and I'm just getting over my depression and this isn't helping me recover.

Don't listen to them. If they knew you were being active and stuff hen they wouldn't say anything. And the fact that the doctor said you're perfect should assure you that you're doing well. tell your parents this and they should and will understand

so i ate until i wanted to die and started taking od's cos it hurt so much
i mean seriously
don't get yourself into bad habits
just let them think whatever the fuck they wasnt

Sounds like you prob burn more than you eat anyway
so even if you do eat too much (an it doesn't sound like it that much) there's not much to worry about.

My parents are retarded like that too..at a family party they had a lot of different salads and veggies and I kept eating carrots, celery, cucumbers, and peppers and my mom said I was eating a lot and I was like 'you're calling me fat?' and she said 'no you're just eating a lot of different things' I was like yeahhh whatever. She made me feel horrible. What's your stats if you don't mind me asking? My doctor said I was fine at where I was when she brought up about my one medication for my migraines having a side effect of weight loss, and I was like are you serious? I'm a whale.

I'm not saying your fat because I don't know you at all, but it's common that doctors usually say that girls are fine so we don't become obsessive and fall into EDs, but it happens anyway. Unless they really do think we are overweight then they will say that we should try to lose a few pounds blah blah blah. <3
