Because women's breasts are sexually objectified by men, and men fap over them. It's not really the same with men's breasts. But you make a good point nevertheless.
if all women started doing it though, they would get bored after a while of getting used to it

breasts are the same on guys and girls, I think you will find, the only difference is that girls have larger breasts due to more breast tissue.
so why are ladies made to cover them?
if I posted a pic of me topless then I would get banned ect ect if a guy does then he doesn't even though essentially our breasts/man-boobs/pecks, whatever, are the same.
