If a good one third of the members have a problem with you as indicated by the countless polls, then youre fucking up badly. Have you thought about what you can do to stop being such a lame moderator and improve your behavior? Maybe the obnoxious race to the finish on mod activity would help. And also being a complete power whoring asshole.

The fact that youre able to sit on the internet for eight hours a day and moderate, and annoy the fuck out of members for ego boost is an indication that things arent going well IRL.

Also theres some rumor that youre 42 years old. Care to clarity? Thank you.

Because every time a hair falls off, the professional has to immediately fix everything, instead of sweeping it under the carpet. Hes doing a shitty job at it, and when asked, he responds arrogantly. Its hard to talk to him because he has power over most members.

I have actually never see him be a prick.
He once said that the picture I drew him didn't capture the emotion in his own, and that just made me laugh. If anything he is just a sarcastic guy.
