how long do cuts in the mouth take to heal

Not too long.  Usually if that ever does happen to meh, I'll use anti-biotic ointment, and it tends to heal really quick.  Like several days usually.

you know what stops the bleeding? a wet tea bag. try it! i am serious, it works

i had to be on blood thinners a coupla years ago and it wouldn't stop til the doctor said to put a wet tea bag on it. forget why it works ....

It depends on how deep the cut, however they usually heal pretty quickly so long as you don't bite the part of your mouth that got cut. Otherwise it'll take forever.

They take just long enough that you start to worry about whether they'll take a really long time to go away, and then they're gone.

Of course, a person's mouth has a lot of different surfaces so I'm sure it varies, but the above has always been my experience.

Depends on the cut.. it most likely will hear very quickly. When you  have a tongue piercing and remove the piercing, you'll most likely find out that the whole has been closed the day after already :)
