Alright, I can handle like 6 "special" punches(jager and everclear with punch) without getting drunk but I'm on like three hours of sleep and I've had like 3 beers and everything is all shaky. I had trouble keeping balance, but I'm a heavyweight when it comes to drinking. So can sleep affect your drinking capacity?

It always been an old myth that being sleepy makes you feel it more. Whether thats true or not I don't know. But I tend to believe its true.

Sleep deprivation(mindset) definitely affects you and drinking(depressant) will intensify it.

Yes, definitely. When I used to be always tweaking, never sleeping I couldn't have ONE drink because it would make me sooo tired.

Depends on the drug, but alcohol will make you more tired. Speed or cocaine you'll definitely feel more intoxicated if you're sleep deprived.
