I just induced vomiting for the first time. I know that it's incredibly horrible for my health but I've lost some weight recently and have been feeling so good about myself. I started eating more than usual this week and all day I felt so guilty about every bite that I put into my mouth that finally I couldn't handle it being in my body anymore. Sadly, I couldn't get a lot of vomit to come up. I'm not really sure what I'm searching for on here, I just needed to tell someone my secret.

No, I felt kind of sick to my stomach anyway and I just used the end of a toothbrush to coax it up. It was much harder physically than I thought it would be.

Dont do that, you may end up with an eating disorder and its hard work to break those disorders, i would know.

please dont do this. you can do extreme damage purging. especially when using objects like toothbrushes, you can really damage your throat and stomach.
