I received my grant from filling out the FAFSA form at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov . I highly reccommend filling that out; I get a nice check every semester because of it. Another good resource is visiting the college that you are planning on going to; usually, around the campus they will have scholarship info or you can talk to someone about the different scholarships that are offered there.
