There were 4 of us who were going to rent an apartment.

And it seems like everyone's dropping likes flies because there's two of us left and that second person is having doubts about the apartment now too.

What. The. Shit.

I only joined these girls for the sole purpose that my parents wouldn't have to fork over $1000+ themselves for an apartment for me. But I guess that's going to be the case now! Someone's "blessed", someone's decided to stay at home and commute, another one might also stay at home and commute... !@#$%^&

And here I am scrambling to find an apartment on my own. What the hell is this about?

And why are all the apartments near the university hell holes? Damn it.

Don't know anything about your other "questions," but as for the "hell hole" question, at my school, they aren't. Then again, landlords know that students are desperate enough to rent about anything, so why invest in the properties and cut into your profit margin?
