The Conservation of Energy: Matter/energy can neither be created or destroyed.

This seems to disprove divine creation.

Not really, because it still leaves us with the same question that divine creation stems from: "where did it come from in the first place"?

Since it cannot be created, it must be eternal.

Wouldnt one be able to say that God is eternal? God has no beginning or end, but is merely there?... I would think so.

HOw?

If matter and energy cannot be created or destroyed, divine creation is impossible.

If matter and energy cannot be created, that means that nothing was created, ie. creation is false.

Although I don't agree with divine creation, the conservation of energy doesn't dispute divine creation at all. The laws of physics and all known phenomena are all relative to the world we know. It is quite possible that given the infinite reaches of space, their may exist but a single particle on which the laws of micro gravity, energy conservation, force...etc do not apply. We know much about our world, but there exists a far greater portion that we have yet to even uncover.

I believe that science and religion (even creationist religions) can learn a great deal from one another. It is integral to our society that the two cooperate and help one another. We put to many barriers where they needn't belong. Religion should not be seperate from science, and science should not be seperate from the spiritual and higher realms of awareness. They should both be two small fractions of the quest to learn more about the world we live in.

The beauty of life is, while we cannot undo what is done,
we can see it, understand it, learn from it and change.
So that every new moment is spent not in regret, guilt, fear or anger,
but in wisdom, understanding and love.

1. Space is not infinite.
2. We know that the laws of physics are universal and apply everywhere.
3. Stop being a religionist apologist.

if matter cant be created or destroyed how did we get the earth in the first place it just doest make sense. I really dont  believe in creation either but your argument is wrong cuz it had to come from somewhere. your trying to disprove something with evidence that doesnt make sense

Big Bang, star formation, planetary formation, abiogenesis, biological evolution, cultural evolution and here we are.
