Spyware is not anti-virus protection. In fact spyware would fuck up your computer. Norton sucks ass, it's way too bloated. I use AVG Professional on my VMware Windows XP machine.

I don't use anything, don't need to.

Avg is a really good program.. between AVG, Ad-Aware, and Spybot S&D, it keeps my PC running as good as the day I installed XP

AVG does a scan once daily at 6 in the morning, probably the least likely time id be on it.. but even when I am, I can still run games such as crysis with little slowdown
