I Don't Know Why I do It.

I am a 19 year old female. I have seen myself overdosing on things that are ridiculous. I was on Vicodin and I had an OTC sleep aid. I used to take high amounts of both to make myself sleep. Now, I have prescription Benadryl and I take about 100 to 200 mgs a night. When I was in a foster home, I used to overdose o Trezadone and sleep for days on end. I don't know why I do it. I really don't. My boyfriend is kinda suspecting it now, because he counted my Vicodin pills. But I get so easily used to the medication, I say in a week it doesn't do anything for me anymore so I have to take higher doses to get to sleep.
I don't know what to do.

u need to stop! maybe ur leaning on ur medicine to relieve the emotional pain instead of the physical pain. (which is wut its really for) ask soemone to be there to make sure ur taking the right amount. pm me if u need to talk. im here
