Yes, I think most people would say HIV.
My geography teacher (biggest ass on earth tbh) said they had developed a cure for it but didn't release it because it would lose money or something like that? Something to do with money. I suspect it's a load of bollocks though.

Yes I am actually planning to study Microbiology and Biochemistry. If I am good at the stuff, I might get to work as a medical researcher. I hope doctors can discover how to deal with Cancer too. There are a lot of viruses out there that dont have an immunity-drug after them. I can't think of much more.

thats a good point. by the time we develop cures for all of today's diseases and infections, we will have a new batch of crazy shit to deal with.

but i'd personally like to see some kind of drug that would help joints and such last much longer, and possibly forever, never needing to be replaced, and always being in perfect shape. i guess in a way that would also kind of deal with athritis.

HIV is incurrable because it is a virus, viruses are not alive therefore you cant kill them. its why cold mdicine doesnt help the cold bu only the symtoms

That's bullshit. You can kill viruses, it's just hard. The problem with HIV is that it can lay dormant in infected cells so that the immune system doesn't recognise it as foreign and thus doesn't kill it.
