It differs from eHelp in that everyone can see it, so you lose anonymity by using it. Also, eHelps flash at you until there are two (?) replies or until a sufficient period of time has passed. Topics in the Serious Forum go through Fresh Topics just like every other topic and even if they dont' get replies there is no more notification that they exist. However, in return you get the ability to actually converse with the people giving you advice. You can clarify points that Support Leaders are confused about and give them feedback on their advice.
