I've been to several amazing doctors.
Several, however, were awful.
I say mostly good.

Most of the ones I've been to are fucking quacks that couldn't diagnose a problem if their life depended on it. I've found a couple that don't completely annoy the fuck out of me and give me good drugs. I like my dyke pulmonologist and my blind zoloft/xanax giving quack.

I think that doctors of all sorts are "mostly good". I am a huge advocate of seeing a professional when something goes awry, and I've never felt uncomfortable dealing with a medical issue (although, granted, I have felt uncomfortable dealing with a mental issue, but that wasn't due to me feeling uncomfortable about the idea of seeing a mental doctor).
